Social Media Management
Inked Badger offers social media management services, including account setup, content scheduling, and community engagement.

By utilising our social media management services, you agree to grant us access to your social media accounts for the purpose of managing and optimising your presence on these platforms.

We will adhere to the terms of service and community guidelines of each social media platform in our management activities.
Photography Services
Inked Badger provides photography services, including but not limited to product photography, portrait photography, and event photography.

By hiring us for photography services, you agree to provide necessary permissions and access to locations, subjects, and products for the purpose of capturing images.
​
We reserve the right to use images captured during photography sessions for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Branding Services
Inked Badger offers branding services, including logo design, brand strategy development, and visual identity creation.

By engaging with our branding services, you agree to participate in the branding process, providing feedback and direction to ensure the final deliverables meet your expectations.

We retain ownership of any intellectual property created during the branding process until full payment has been received.
Payment and Fees
Payment terms and fees for Inked Badger services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client.

Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with the services rendered by Inked Badger in a timely manner.
Limitation of Liability
Inked Badger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

Our liability for any direct damages arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for those services.
